Looking For!

Responsible for the brand in terms of business, portfolio planning & overall communication strategy

- Working towards the Topline & Bottomline objectives while managing the offline P/L

- Building campaigns & leading execution for improving awareness on all TOFU, MOFU & BOFU

- Offline GTM Planning, Strategy and execution for quarter, half yearly & yearly goals

- Managing & monitoring Marketing budget on all levels - ATL & BTL, to optimize for the overall P/L

- Planned & executed Marketing collaterals as needed for Offline - Vision, Distribution method, Production for Festive period

- Worked on the Company level brand campaign - incl. celebrity agreement & management, Scripts, Production house & post production & distribution, assets planning, etc

- Worked on evaluating the growth levers Store, city, state, region wise for PAN India presence

- Worked on GTM strategy & presence into the Modern trade formats - assortment planning, Inventory planning, Growth levers, Visual merchandising, P/L tracking, etc

- Executed PAN India In-store branding at 400+ stores & ATL in terms of Festive season

- Strategized, Planned & executed Influencer Gifting & Lab trials for new formulations month on month.

- Forecasting and working with relevant team members to ensure month-on-month stock availability

- Working with the relevant sales/channel team to ensure revenue growth across general trade and e-commerce

- Articulating Annual Operations plan for FY and working/allocating around budgets

- Responsible for NPD, pricing & overall promotion of the portfolio to maximize consumer pull towards the brand

- Consumer Market Insights - Brand Track, Need scope, Idea & Concept testing

- Devising & Implementing 360 degree marketing campaigns, Promotional activities & in-store activations to maximize brand visibility & drive sales across all offline channels to help reach the target audience across all offline channels - MT/GT/EBO/HS, social media, portals, brand website & app.
