Project Leader - Executive Education and Consulting

Position Summary :

The person will be responsible for delivery of executive education and consulting business. He/ She will work closely with the program leader for execution and project delivery. He/She will be engaged in carrying out research, facilitation, coordination and event management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate knowledge of the organisation's mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the ethics code

- Assist in delivery of executive education and consulting projects

- Ensure that delivery is as per the approved project plan and at accepted quality levels

- Responsible for assisting in facilitation and coordination for the events/ project delivery

- Liaise with customers ensuring a healthy relationship especially with key clients and high customer satisfaction levels

- Engage in market research and analysis and monitor competition, external and internal environment for development of new market segments

- Contribute to product research & development

- Assist in preparation of periodic activity report showing sales, opportunities etc.

- Ensure protection of the intellectual property

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- An MBA degree from Institute of repute

- Sound understanding of all aspects of consulting and executive education in the area of leadership development

- Strong process and systems orientation, and yet be able to work in a highly unstructured / uncertain / dynamic environment

- Proactive, mature, innovative thinker and adaptable individual
