- Manage online platforms, including websites, Web security, systems, databases, content management systems, hosting, and Chatbots
- Take ownership of trouble-shooting and fixing problems when then occur.
- Create new value through the smart use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices to different teams to help in digital marketing and technology
- Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models
- Identifying new tools AI, digital, CRM that can support, enhance and improve our solutions
- Researches, recommends, and implements best practices and solutions for all digital tools (including but not limited to hosting, online widgets, security, permissions, CMS, QA, databases, redundancy).
- Recommends, develops, and programs new website functionality as appropriate.
- Monitors usage, user satisfaction, and performance of all digital communications and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and Monitor Online Softwares, Tools, IVRs, Clouds and Hostings
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects
- Advanced degree in business, technology or engineering, Bachelors Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience required
- Experience directly managing online and digital products, projects, and processes required
