To know more about company, visit - www.printersmysore.com Job Role: Senior Manager / AGM - Legal Job Purpose: - Experience in handling litigation independently. - Strong experience in handling contracts - draft, review, negotiate and close as per business needs, keep the balance between biz and compliance. - Managing timely responses to legal notices/ advisory services/ opinions to internal departments. - Experience in handling labour related matters, including labour union, wage boards, ESI, PF etc. - Preparation of reply and representation before Ombudsman, Consumer court, Arbitrations and other Government bodies. - Conducting corporate due diligence for the transaction and flagging issues if any. - Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and RBI regulations, Contract Act, Registration Act, Stamp Act, Trademarks norms and intellectual property acts and rules & advise on day to day issues relating to the same; - To advise on the structure of deal and security in the light of due diligence and applicable laws relating to such transaction; - To handle property related conflicts - Strong focus on cost - Supporting the business team to collect the dues from defaulter's. - Prepare notices, Prepare and finalize the litigation papers with the advocates. - Should be able to analyse the legal risk in transactions and provide mitigants. Managerial Responsibilities: - Display leadership quality and takes an active role in fostering teamwork among the team and provide goal to deliver and achieve. - To Supervise the work of subordinates and ensure closure of transaction as per timelines. - Develop team down the line in the process and other aspect of responsibility to be discharged and delivered in the interest of organization. Behavioural Competencies: Displays a sense of ownership to the organization Problem solver and can do attitude is a must in the role. Effective communication with all stakeholders along with a collaborator trait been displayed. Experience: 6 - 10 years Skills: legal, Due Diligence, Drafting, Project Finance Qualification and Experience: LLB Experience: Min 6 years it shall include minimum on continuous basis 3 year's experience of handling lending transaction, drafting, finalizing and executing facility and security documents, ensuring compliance for the same Having ACS qualification will be added advantage Location: Bengaluru Reporting to: CFO Language: Full working proficiency in English and Kannada.
