- Overall responsibility for planning the Digital &amp; Social Media promotion to enhance the image of the Centre - Owning all Social, Performance &amp; Funnel metrics with respect to Site merchandising. Ensuring that such metrics are institutionalized across teams and running performance cadences with respective stakeholder - Should have managed large data sets and have been adept with data modelling, insight creation and present it to the stakeholders - Proven hands-on ability to charter plans on search and display ads, custom audience sets, site retargeting, discovery campaigns, smart ads, UAC campaigns. - Planning of category level visibility on Social Media and app store optimization through data rigor - Liaison with Brand, Marketing and Design teams to plan weekly, monthly &amp; yearly campaigns and co-owing metrics like engagement, reach, CTR, engagement rates, session to list view etc. - Executing and Strategizing all digital campaigns with intent of increasing footfalls to the mall - Drive key initiatives of content creation, ideation, conceptualization, adoption of new features across stakeholders - Collaborate with bloggers, influencers and ad agencies to generate content and user engagement - Will play a key role in terms of planning for IP campaigns like - End of Season sale-, - Shopping Festival-, 'Holiday Land', 'Love-Feb' for the platform - Coordinate and execute campaigns with in-house team and agencies and ensure brand and offers- performance is top notch - Optimize and improve personalization, Gamification of actions, manage rewards and coupons on the app platform - Create user journeys for app, segmented targeting across users. Re-engage app users in new activities - Drive key initiatives of Visibility elasticity of brands, user funnel optimization and sort order optimization for the platform - Planning a lot of merchandising/sort experiments on the platform in order to improvement performance or test various hypothesis through rigorous AB's and driving best practices as a result of these - Experience on app attribution tools like Appsflyer or Adjust, Mobile marketing tools like Clevertap / AEM / Moengage, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Adwords dashboard, Facebook Ads manager will be preferred
