3 - 5 years of experience in real estate industry

(required for performing the job effectively) - Should have an experience in leasing administration process
- Should possess good negotiation skills and the knowledge of commercial leasing
- Basic understanding of legal aspects
- Market Intelligence - To gather information of competition Keep a track of deals in the market
Overall Purpose/Objective :
Of the job Responsible for managing timely and accurate documentation for all deals, tracking/ collecting of the payments as per schedule and preparing the weekly reports
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for recording and documentation from the LOI stage to the final stage of the deal
- Modify the LOI draft based on the points discussed and agreed upon in the negotiation meetings and then provide with the modified LOI to Manager
- Ensuring the receipt of the agreements, handing over the original copy to the Legal team and franking/ registration of the same is done on time
- Tracking of payment due from the client at various stages of the deal, highlight the delays in payment to the Manager and thus ensure clients gives the payment on time
- Prepare various reports wrt status on deals, number of inspections conducted, payment tracker and submit the same to VP - Leasing
- Identify the local brokers across the micro-location, establish a relationship with them and obtain detailed information about the micro-location from them and prepare a list of potential clients through available market data
- Make an effective sales pitch to clients and undertake discussions/negotiations with them and manage to finalize the deal
- Manage effective documentation and filing of all deals
