Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and expand regional customer base and distribution networks to enhance the sales
- Responsible for delivering sales for their area, market share for regional chains, and ensuring 100% PO delivery
- Drive Must Stock List, ensure the listing of NPDs in regional and standalone stores, and drive Focus Brand Growth
- Capture on-ground competitor insights by tracking new products launches and competitor promos/activations on a regular basis and predict demand forecasts
- Ensure in-store execution compliance to agreed norms of visibility
- On-shelf availability as per the stocking norm set for each SKU
- Proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Close the deal with the customer by negotiating trade terms, trade funding & counterparts
Desired Experience Level & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Modern Trade Sales
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in reputed FMCG organizations Team management experience
