The Nudge Institute - Associate Manager - CRD Engagement/People & Culture

About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India's best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

- Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives

- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty

- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India's biggest challenges

At Nudge, you will:-

- Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy for CRD

- Conduct need assessment to build capacity towards employee growth and development

- Analyze trends and key engagement metrics for CRD

- Build and execute employee engagement experience (onboarding, R&R design, culture and value sessions) for CRD

- Drive people processes & work with the CRD team in the capacity of a people business partner

- Work closely with employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention

- lead end to end impact stream (CRD) level events like, Townhall, All/hands, offsites and any other need based events or spaces

- Engage in monthly/quarterly people reviews for the team

Apply if you have :-

- 5-6 years of overall work experience

- Excitement to solve people challenges and build culture within the organization

- The ability to effectively communicate, understand and empathize

- The ability to collaborate & maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

- The ability to be emotionally resilient and have a high sense of integrity

- The ability to analyze data - comfort with Excel and PowerPoint

- The ability of high execution and operational skills

Would be great if you have :-

- Prior experience in Human Resource or people management

- Educational background in Human Resource
