About - The/Nudge Business Solutions  - The/Nudge Business Solutions- has been set up with a vision to multiply the capacity and impact of the nonprofit sector in India by creating a large-scale giving-movement among Indians towards the causes they care deeply about.   The organisation aspires to set a benchmark for individual giving for nonprofits in India by managing the entire sales and marketing engines for select non-profits, covering their brand-building, positioning, lead-generation, fund-raising and donor engagement, starting with but not limited to The/Nudge Foundation.   Role   We are looking for CMO for the organisation. In this leadership role, the person will be responsible for both development and execution of the company's strategy and operations, and achieving the financial and operational metrics approved by the company's Chairman and Board of Directors. He/she will have full functional accountability of the company and will be responsible for driving the company forward from ground up toward leadership in the sector.   An ideal candidate will have proven leadership in Consumer Internet Businesses, Specialized in Digital Marketing, Customer/Donor Acquisition, eCommerce, mCommerce, Digital Strategy, Product Development, Conversion Optimization, Web Analytics, Brand Building, Direct Marketing, Corporate Communication, Sales strategy and Sales analytics. The candidate should also demonstrate agility and independence in decision making, and have a proven track record of informed risk-taking and impatience for results.   Other responsibilities include:   Management and oversight of all functions of the company   Development and management of the core products and services of the company   Development of the marketing, sales and operational strategies for the company   Leading the fundraising campaign at all stages for the company   Expanding the company by intelligent and efficient hiring of new and talented employees   Ensuring appropriate goals and measurable metrics are in place, monitoring performance, and taking action wherever appropriate to ensure the business is meeting the goals   Mentoring and developing the senior management team to successfully execute the company strategy and and building a culture that is focused on long-term growth and profitability.   Requirements   - Entrepreneurial, high-energy, passionate with strong commitment to results   - 10-15 years of high-growth career, including 3-5 years in consumer internet or digital advertising sector in a business or product leadership role.   - Demonstrated success in leading and growing organizations (Revenue/Profitability/BD)   Highly Desirable   - An MBA or equivalent degree   - Experience in e-commerce or digital advertising   - Experience in sales or marketing   - Entrepreneurial / Start-up experience will be a big plus.
