Spirit of The/Nudge : - Honesty towards our purpose | Empathy towards others | Continuous innovation | - Focused on scale | Impatience towards our goals Team | Role | Responsibilities : The Gurukul Operations Team is the engine responsible for implementing The/Nudge's flagship poverty alleviation program "Program in Life Management" across its Gurukuls. At The/Nudge, you will be responsible for : - Formulating the operational strategy and execution plan for growth through Gurukul program - Operationalizing and executing the program delivery across Gurukuls distributed over more than one geos/cities - Delivering on the program targets, effectively and efficiently, as per the commitments made to partners and continuously improving the program outcomes - Spearheading people initiatives such as hiring, retention and training of staff which includes principals, trainers, wardens across all Gurukuls - Preparing budgets and managing costs across Gurukuls within the allocated budgets - Ensuring student learning outcomes are delivered as per the product design and goals - Ensuring consistent implementation of and adherence to all systems and processes across all facilities in Gurukuls - Overseeing the day-to-day operations across all facilities which includes classroom training, placements, Gurukul admin and operations Apply if you : - Have master's or MBA from Tier 1 school, with work experience of 8-10 years - Have demonstrated experience in managing large and diverse teams across geos - A target-driven high-performer with a history of exceeding expectations - Have strong passion for poverty alleviation and educational programs - Can stretch beyond call of duty, fully own your work and be responsible for outcomes - Are comfortable working and problem solving under uncertainty.
