Head of Performance Marketing
- Managing clients and understanding their business goals and desired performance objectives.
- Devising strategies based on quantitative research for the execution of campaigns to achieve said goals.
- Managing projects related to digital analytics from start to finish including data integration, report & dashboard automation, product analytics & insights, data collection & product optimization.
- Analysing performance of digital campaigns on different levels using appropriate key performance indicators (KPI) classifications: impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, conversions.
- Identifying opportunities that are most effective at driving conversions, revenue, ROI, & reach across platforms like Social, Search, Mobile etc
- Preparation & analysis of performance reports. Providing tactical insights and recommendations for both numbers and creatives for increased performance.
- Leading the design & implementation of experiments for improving products such as A/B split testing.
- Assisting the team in training of tactical processes & best practises of Digital Analysis.
- Building frameworks for the portfolio through research, creating case studies, and establishing thought leadership by contributing articles.
- Delivering Return on Ad Spends + Intelligence/insights on what works on digital for a brand
