Additionally, we provide psychoeducational services to educational institutions through workshops and ongoing partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Growth Manager - Institutional Sales at The Mind Garden, your primary role will involve:

1. Identifying and engaging with educational institutions, including schools and colleges, to propose partnerships with The Mind Garden as their mental health partner.

2. Presenting the benefits of partnering with The Mind Garden, including access to psychology and psychiatry services for students and staff, as well as the opportunity for ongoing mental health education through workshops.

3. Building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers within educational institutions, such as owners, principals, and key administrators.

4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop tailored proposals and materials for presenting to educational institutions.

5. Negotiating partnership agreements and service contracts with educational institutions, ensuring alignment with both parties' objectives and requirements.

6. Serving as the primary point of contact for partnered educational institutions, overseeing the implementation and delivery of mental health services and educational programs.

7. Monitoring and evaluating the success of partnerships, tracking key metrics such as student engagement, workshop attendance, and overall satisfaction.

8. Providing regular updates to the management team on partnership development and sales performance.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on institutional or B2B sales.

- Strong network and connections within the educational sector, particularly with schools and colleges.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of mental health services to educational stakeholders.

- Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals with institutional clients.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in the mental health or education sector.

- Familiarity with mental health issues affecting students and educators.

Reporting Structure:

The Growth Manager - Institutional Sales will report directly to the Head of Partnerships & the Founder at The Mind Garden.
