About the role:

As a Group Head, you would be responsible to take TheMediaAnt in the Top 10 position in terms of radio business contribution in the assigned region. The role is entrepreneurial and has enormous freedom to create work that enables you to function like an entrepreneur. You will get first-hand experience of taking the business from 1 to 100.

Responsibility:

- Market Share Expansion

- Establishing The Media Ant as a formidable force in Radio (Top 10)

- Acquiring and growing large accounts (more than 5-10L billing/month)

- Business Excellence

- Establishing Radio Media planning approach and training of the AM team

- Creating pricing benchmark to ensure competitive buying

- Partnering with Radio stations for pre-buying and incentive deals

- Online Planning tool

- Sharing input with the product team to help create an efficient and world class Media planning and buying product

Day to Day Work

- Open up opportunities in large accounts

- Aid the Sales team to pitch Radio to its existing client base or new prospects

- Serve as a leader to the internal team in sharing insights, building relevant solutions and utilizing the medium better

- Own the GTM strategy to achieve the set targets

- Contribute to internal strategy on business expansion and reviews basis the market insights

- Fostering the relationship with Partners in assigned regions and achieve competitive offering which enables the team to win more accounts

- To negotiate with Partners and optimize the annual/quarterly incentive deals

- Hire and Develop a team of experts to ensure growth and sustain a leadership position

- Reviews with the Sales and Media Buying team

- Partnering with smaller agencies to help them by providing Radio solutions for their clients

Must have :

- 5 + years of Media experience including Sales and Media Buying

- 2-3 years of experience of team building and management

- Track record of handling 5 Cr+ portfolio and ability to close complex deals personally

- To start as Independent Contributor and will be equipped to build team basis requirement

- Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts with deep relationships

- Ability to think about how can we add value to Clients in their growth

- Strong analytical thinker to spot trends/ insights and use them for building/planning business strategy

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to drive the team towards the mission and assist wherever needed
