The Little Gym - Project Manager

The project manager is responsible for handing the end to end management of a new TLG set up and launch.

Their job reponsibilites at The Little Gym can be categorized into four broad points:

- Managing and Executing Projects

- Managing equipment vendors and relationships

- Managing and coordinate Maintenance

- Communication and Coordination

Manage & Execute Projects:

- Once a franchise or COCO deal is concluded, help set clear timelines

- Coordinate all information to franchise owners

- Coordinate with the head office to get license numbers & system accesses organized

- Place orders and facilitate placing orders of all TLG equipment

- Play the role of a key account manager & Track all project timelines on ZOHO (both sides)

- Help with contractor negotiations as and when required

- Execute all floor plan drawings of the facility plan with 3rd party vendors

- Execute projects with excellence and strong quality checks

- Handover completed projects with detailed checklists to operations

- Work with landlords and franchise to facilitate a smooth execution of projects

Manage Equipment Vendors & Relationships:

- Manage existing vendors and facilitate PO

- Track and ensure equipment is delivered seamlessly

- Enure Quality checks, facilitate back ups, contingency etc.

- Coordinate any replacements (or) equiment fixes by working with the vendors

- Create new vendors as alternatives

Manage and Co-ordinate Maintenance:

- Set very strong SOPs for ongoing maintenance for Operations dept.

- Quality checks and Audits on all facilities (FOFO or COCO)

- Create and set strong vendors for maintenance (Ongoing contracts)

- Set up strong ongoing SLAs for all vendors

- Create strong contingency plans for exigencies

Communication & coordination:

- Strong external and internal communication for progress updates

- Strong push through to owners (FOFO) for efficient rollouts

- Ability to manage strong relationships with owners and teams

- Strong adherence to processes and communication

- Liase with all intenal teams to enure that the franchise are sufficiently supported through by the respective departements at TLG
