kitchenware. We are seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our online business and play a pivotal role in our growth journey.
Key Objectives:
Objective 1: Achieve Monthly Net Revenue Target
- Lead the effort to deliver a monthly net revenue as per growth plan.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet this ambitious target, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
Objective 2: Expand Distribution Network
- Plan and execute the on-boarding of distributors and stockists beyond Chennai to extend our online footprint.
- Identify and partner with key distributors to ensure product availability and visibility in target markets.
Objective 3: Market Intelligence and Expansion
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop market-specific strategies.
Objective 4: Achieve Profitability Goals
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust online sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
2. Distribution Network: Build and manage relationships with distributors and stockists to ensure optimal product distribution.
3. Store Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with retail outlets to expand the online store network.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trends.
5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve targets.
6. Profitability Management: Implement strategies to achieve profitability goals while maintaining a competitive pricing strategy.
7. Budget Management :Manage and optimize the budget allocated for online sales activities.
8. Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and business development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
2. Experience in online sales and distribution network expansion, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth.
6. Experience in the kitchenware or cookware industry is a plus.
