- A project manager at HumanX owns the project deliveries and gets things done by working closely with the design team.

- S/he has the ability and experience to understand the client work, translate it into a project plan and communicate the same with internal stakeholders. S/he must have effective communication skills, be able to handle direct client contact and have the potential to become a senior project manager involving diverse stakeholders.

- Performs day-to-day account work which may include: drafting a wide range of written materials, coordinating projects, maintaining client correspondence, managing projects.

- Is fully familiar with clients' project expectations and understands and tracks clients- businesses.

- Collaborates with internal team of designers and developers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

- 3 to 6 yrs years of relevant experience within an agency environment, ideally with a design / creative agency.

Responsibilities :

1. Scope project requirements.

2. Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects.

3. Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.

4. Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Project Manager

2. Familiarity with UI/UX Design, HTML/CSS and WordPress.

3. Ability to identify risks and problems.

4. Bachelors in Marketing, Management, Technology or relevant field.
