As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Head to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary Package: Up to 40 LPA

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Job Description:

- As the State Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue generation and market penetration in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.

- We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success, possessing a fast-paced hustler profile, capable of building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

- Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth from scratch, identifying opportunities to expand market presence and increase profitability.

- Market Expansion: Lead market expansion efforts in Ahmedabad, leveraging existing networks and forging new partnerships to establish The House Of Originals as the preferred eCommerce destination.

- Team Leadership: Build and manage a talented team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure individual and collective success.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners, to drive business objectives and foster long-term partnerships.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce management, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and driving results.

- Startup experience is highly desirable, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

- Self-starter mentality with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, capable of taking initiative and leading by example to inspire and motivate others.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

- Previous experience with leading eCommerce platforms such as Alibaba, India-mart, Amazon, or Reliance is preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of the online marketplace landscape.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and regional languages as applicable.
