Reports To: Chief Sales Officer

Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales Strategist cum Analyst with 2-6 years of experience, ideally from a Tier 1 Business School, to provide valuable insights, data-driven strategies, and support to our sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to drive sales performance and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, allowing for informed decision-making.

- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and prepare reports to guide decision-making.

- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track and report on sales performance.

- Sales Forecasting: Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.

- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize the sales processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvement and automation.

- Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis and market insights to improve sales performance and strategy.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

- Training and Development: Contribute to the training and development of the sales team, providing insights and tools to enhance their performance.

Qualifications:

- MBA degree from a Tier 1 Business School is preferred.

- 2-6 years of experience in sales strategy, analysis, or a related field.

- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, and develop actionable insights.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
