About The Role :

- This role offers a unique opportunity to work hand in glove with the CEO, providing comprehensive strategic support and contributing to the efficient operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Cross-functional at the core, the role would be a mix of strategic thinking, observing, and firefighting when needed at different levels to drive exponential growth.

What will you work on?

Strategic Priorities :

- Create formats and successfully drive business reviews, board updates and monthly reports.

- Support the CEO by driving delivery of special projects.

- Ensuring that actionable items under the review of the CEO are progressing as per timelines.

- Keeping a tab on business activities and identifying areas of improvement.

Analytics and Insights:

- Facilitating inputs required for regulatory submissions.

- Work closely with the CXOs for all ad-hoc data and presentation requirements.

- Assist in preparation for the CEO's meetings with external stakeholders.

- Ideate and build on key CEO presentations with an attention to detail approach.

- Maintain central dashboards providing visibility of key business metrics to the CEO.

Other Responsibilities:

- Compile and present periodic reports for board review in coordination with business units.

- Support periodic update of balanced score card for business performance review.

- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate land or other developmental project proposals.

- Assist in development and deployment of strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency across business units.

What can make you a good fit?

- MBA from top-tier institutes (IIM / ISB / FMS) or qualified Chartered Accountants with 3+ years of hands-on experience at top-tier consulting firms or CEO's / Founder's office

- Experience working in a networked environment.

- Ability to plan beforehand, multi-task with execution agility.

- Ability to handle pressure situations and solution orientation.

- Ensuring complete confidentiality of information within the CEO's Office.

- Excellent written communication with attention to detail.

- Top notch proficiency with Excel & Power Point.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented and ability to galvanize consensus.
