The Human Resources Program Manager is responsible for planning and directing the strategic vision for HoABL HR Function. This individual will drive various ongoing and upcoming HR programs and projects meet organizational goals, will work with CEO's office team and cross-functional leadership teams across the ecosystem, and ensure that department goals are met.

Reporting to the Head HR, the HR PMO Manager will partner with the HR organization to understand the broader needs of that organization and ensure the HR PMO team is properly engaged with the right strategic programs and projects.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the project request prioritization and planning process. This requires ensuring there is timely reporting to the leadership team for future planning of project/program management, consulting requests and resources across the HR and cross-functional organization

- Drive best practices, promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration within the team

- Strong independent research skills, Provide actionable insights, problem-solving and ability to collate information into executive summaries and presentations

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work on large sets of confidential and sensitive data pertaining to planning, budgeting, forecasting, drawing inferences, and highlighting key issues.

- Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

- Driving operational efficacy by working with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement said executive decisions and lead the coordination with other group companies on significant HR and business initiatives.

- Creating processes, project management, and monitoring of programs and initiatives

- Understanding of project management within a fast-paced and dynamic organization

- Support the formulation and planning process with respect to strategic initiatives led by the Advisory Leadership Team

Skill / Specifications:

- Master's Degree in HR from Tire 1 B-school (SCMHRD or XLRI) with minimum 18-24 months of experience

- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple demands

- Understanding of project management within a fast-paced and dynamic organization

- Experience working with CXO and senior management on projects/programs.

- Proven teamwork skills with demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively and able to influence those with whom no formal hierarchical relationship exists.

- A roll-up-your-sleeves and get-it-done leadership style marked by a high level of energy and attention to detail

- Strong focus on innovation and deep understanding of the business

- Comfortable operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment

- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills

- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously with tight time frames
