Role Brief: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing with a proven track record of revenue generation through various digital platforms, customer acquisition, and ROI optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media, paid campaign management, agency management, technology platforms, and direct marketing experience via digital platforms. Additionally, the candidate must possess exceptional strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

- Identify and implement monetizable 'digital-led' customer propositions to enhance overall business profitability.

- Oversee and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.

- Utilize technology platforms to analyze and optimize digital marketing performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts.

- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

- Track and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and content to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality of work and adherence to deadlines.

- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive team performance and career development.

Competencies:

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing initiatives.

- Strong background in social media marketing across various platforms.

- Demonstrated experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing ROI.

- Experience in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.

- Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms for digital marketing analytics and optimization.
