Role:

The House of Abhinandan Lodha was formed on the backbone of the realisation to democratize land ownership across the country and in overseas markets - via strong tech-enabled processes, with multiple distribution channels. The core foundation of the organisation is based on several tenets.

i) Build and evangelise branded land, with unparalleled ecosystems.

ii) Create strong foundations of due diligence, clean titles and ownership, thus building sustained relationships, hinging around trust.

iii) Create inter-generational wealth, with the promise of assisted liquidity.

The organisation is transforming land ownership across multiple geographies (from coastal Maharashtra to Goa to Ayodhya) and has the vision of becoming a listed entity with multiple geographies and segmented offerings under its fold. The role under discussion will be responsible for bringing analytical and inference-drawing processes for the org. across MULTIPLE geographies, distributed across India (NCR, Maharashtra, South India) and key overseas zones such as the Middle East, US and South East Asia. Interactions with Channel Partners, using analytical reports, competitor site visits and assemblage - would be key activities. The associate could expect a rewarding, challenging and meaningful career in a fast-paced organisation, with a steep learning curve.

Objective:

i) Study multiple markets' supply, demand and absorption trends, competitor products, aided by site visits and assembly of competitor literature.

ii) Create monthly reports around market understanding and aid Brand and Sales Teams via relevant, insightful inferences.

iii) Manage multiple subscriptions towards assembling info around products, amenities, TG, the micro-market, price trends AND understand & recommend requirements towards NPD and GTM (new Product Development and Go-To-Market).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, demographics, and opportunities across multiple markets.

2. Analyze data from various sources, including property listings, sales records, demographic reports, and economic indicators.

3. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitor activity, market positioning, and pricing strategies. Provide regular reports and updates on competitor analysis to inform our competitive advantage.

4. Customer Behavior and Preferences: Investigate and understand customer preferences, buying behavior, and factors influencing real estate decisions. Utilize surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather customer feedback and insights.

5. Market Segmentation: Define and segment target markets based on demographics, psychographics, and other relevant criteria. Develop detailed profiles of potential buyers and sellers within each segment.

6. Market Forecasting and Projections: Develop forecasts and projections for real estate market trends, demand, and property values. Provide data-driven insights to guide investment decisions and market positioning strategies.

7. Report Generation and Presentation: Prepare and deliver comprehensive market insights reports, presentations, and visualizations. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Activities:

1. Visit specific markets, key projects (not limited to but inclusive of competitors' projects), study product, pricing USPs +TG/demographics.

2. Study market intel reports, manage subscriptions and flow back learnings and inferences in cross-functional training modules with implementation in strategy and communication.

3. Contribute to NPD, pricing and AOP discussions with insights derives from the above.

4. Understanding pricing across micro-market and participating in calls around activations.

5. Provide Sales, Channel, Media, Design/Architecture teams well-documented input, support thereby impacting decisions on Product, Pricing and Promotion - ALONG WITH Brand custodians.

Position Summary: To assist and effectively support brand management daily operations of the brand's products to ensure continuing contribution to business volume, share, profit and return on assets objectives.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

- Degree in Business Management in Marketing from Tier 1 institute with 6-7 years' experience preferably with exposure to market research and analytics roles.

- The position requires appreciation and understanding of Marketing, specifically market research, business management and the cross-functional synergies between these disciplines.
