Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Financial Statements.

2. Lead a team of 3 AP Executives.

3. Manage Monthly MIS - AP Aging, Advance Aging.

4. Handle Monthly Bills Payout and Tax Payout.

5. Develop financial support systems as per company needs.

6. Process invoices, verify financial data, and maintain accounts payable records.

7. Clarify and resolve invoice discrepancies.

8. Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

9. Analyze costs, revenues, and financial trends.

10. Coordinate statutory audits and ensure timely tax returns filing.

11. Ensure confidentiality of financial data.

12. Oversee Direct and Indirect Tax compliance.
