The Home Salon - Sales/Business Development Role

The Home Salon is a well funded start up in the beauty services space. At The Home Salon, we are looking for candidates who are strongly driven and motivated to learn and grow.

- A strong drive to excel would help a candidate thrive in an environment like ours.

- A Sales/BD Associate would be responsible for an entire product category within a region, work with the Senior Leadership in creating a strategy to grow it and execute the plan on ground.

- The candidate will build relationships with various vendors, agencies, brands and work closely with different teams within the Company.

- The candidate will create alliances and foster partnerships that help the Company grow at an exponential rate.

- Over a period of time, the candidate would grow and head a Product Category at a National Level.

- There is no ceiling for growth for top performers who could take up leadership roles in the Company over a period of time.
