The Home Salon is a young and rapidly growing startup, looking to hire smart & aggressive BI & Operation Analysts. The role will entail:  1. Assisting the team with information required to make strategic decisions, relating to customers, centres, staff, marketing, logistics etc.  2. Managing end-to-end order execution and logistics including coordinating with fleet to ensure execution of customer orders, troubleshooting incase of transportation related issues, Monitoring and analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same  3. Assisting in supply planning to ensure efficient inventory ahead of marketing plan schedules & demand requirements.  Preferred Qualifications:  1. 1-2 years of experience, preferably in operations and business intelligence  2. Strong analytical ability to quickly identify gaps and suggest appropriate solutions  3. Keen to build a career with a start-up  4. Ability to work in unstructured environments  The role will be based in Mumbai.
