About the Role :
Description of Role(s) :
Digital Marketing :
- Design, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns (across all digital channels and affiliate network)
- Develop and implement social media calendar
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns for various target audiences
- Handle, design and execute SEM campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize cost per conversion
Offline Marketing :
- Drive local campaigns together with location teams, for brand awareness and lead generation
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies to drive new customer acquisition
Community & Customer Engagement :
- Create and curate events, webinars and activities to engage with current and target customer base
- Work closely with the Hive center leads for successful execution of online / offline events across Hive centers
- Focus on creating a unique and close-knit community experience through engagement events
General :
- Create and update marketing collateral such as sales / leasing decks, Hive website, Hive mobile app, and more
- Monitor overall marketing performance and establish periodic insights to improve performance
- Set targets, objectives and deliverables for the marketing campaign (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Create and monitor annual / monthly marketing budgets
- Develop in-house creatives using Canva or other design tools for various marketing materials
- Devise and oversee execution of the marketing strategies to counter competition and attract enterprise customers with unique value propositions and building brand equity
- Ensure on-going market intelligence data is available to develop new marketing strategies and close the feedback loop
Qualifications : Masters (or equivalent) degree in Management or Marketing
Experience : At least 3 years of experience in digital / offline marketing in a similar role / industry
Skill Sets Expected :
- Proficient in data analysis (using excel), MS Word, Power Point
- Experience in creating & managing digital, offline marketing campaigns
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a lean / agile team with a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong people skills with a proven experience in leading teams
- Ability to negotiate with and manage key accounts and partners successfully
Compensation : Competitive Fixed Compensation + Discretionary Performance Bonus
