- Lead the Functional Foods for Himalaya Consumer Products
- Define and Deliver a the marketing plan in-line with the overall category plan.
- Create & Lead the NPD roadmap for the category towards achieving long-term vision
- Lead the Creative & Media team and take responsibility for developing and implementing all marketing plans
- Lead marketing plans in collaboration with a variety of functional areas such as PR, Packaging, Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations
- Analyse and provide consumer, category, and brand information to support channel marketing and sales initiatives
- Lead insight gathering research into consumers and competitive category to secure knowledge that can be utilized to enhance and evolve the brand
- Develop annual plans and budgeting for the brand and monitor the expenditure
Knowledge :
- MBA degree required in Marketing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Experience :
- 5 years plus experience in FMCG marketing in Foods Category, Preferably with experience in companies making functional foods.
Skills :
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
- Good presentation and writing skills
- Should possess strong interpersonal skills and is a relationship builder
- Strategic thinker and creative marketer
- Results oriented and have entrepreneurial leanings
