As part of our Retail Division, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Development Manager to play a crucial role in expanding our retail footprint across Eastern India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Expansion Strategy:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan for opening new retail stores in Eastern India, aligning with the overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with the Cluster Manager to ensure synergy with regional goals.

2. Site Selection and Negotiation:

- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations based on market research and analysis.

- Negotiate lease agreements and coordinate with landlords to secure optimal terms.

3. Project Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of store openings, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities for successful store launches.

4. Market Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.

- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform decision-making.

5. Travel Requirement:

- Be prepared for extensive travel across Eastern India to oversee and support retail development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in opening and managing retail stores, with a focus on Eastern India markets.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

- Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Familiarity with the retail landscape and market dynamics in Eastern India.

Reporting Structure:

- The Retail Development Manager will report to the Cluster Manager (East & West) and work closely to achieve regional objectives.
