Job description: Manager-Corporate Communications The candidate should have a strong grasp of communication and digital tools and lead integrated Digital Marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Manager will work with the Marketing team and partner organizations to launch campaigns on time and on budget. The candidate must be a confident communicator and presenter. Strong writing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts. Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills. The candidate should have superior project management and time management skills. The Manager should be self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management. Additional requirements: - Demonstrable experience leading and managing innovative PR, Digital, and Social Media - Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction - Design, build, and maintain our Social Media presence - Experience in coordinating and working closely with Marketing teams - Optimize user funnels - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests - Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate - Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner - Strong data-driven thinking Educational/other requirements: - A Master's degree in Communications/Journalism/Public Relations with 7-10 years of work experience - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns - Excellent multitasking, organizational, and leadership abilities - Team building and management capabilities
