Customer Marketing Manager - Consumer Products Division

The CMM will : Design and drive the customer marketing strategy across categories and channels inline with the overall objectives influencing topline achievement, ROI on trade spends leading to overall profitable growth nd category development.

Revenue and BTL Planning:

- Contribute towards building the overall annual operating plan for assigned categories and markets/channels.

- Finalise the BTL budgets in conjunction with business finance & category and channel heads and ensure adherence to the same.

- Design the BTL plans and monitor effective implementation through category & channel heads, branch heads to drive growth as per objectives

- Govern and improve the overall ROI on trade spends across markets, channels

- Ensure quarterly & monthly S&OP plan closures in collaboration with branches, marketing & supply chain teams.

Channel & Portfolio Strategy:

- Formulate strategies that encompass the right assortment for respective channel and category.

- Formulate the strategies for effective deployment of right resources w.r.t merchandising and promotional activities to improve overall growth

- Drive the channel and category growth w.r.t achieving the volume and reach, focusing on right SKU mix in lline with the portfolio strategy.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Develop customised trade campaigns and initiatives, including promotional activities and loyalty programmes where applicable

- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of trade campaigns with branches, ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to marketing guidelines

- Derive insights from the campaign performance reports, track KPIs and formulate action plans.

- Identify and manage agency partners for trade campaigns and programmes.

Market Intelligence:

- Monitor market trends through regular market visits and tracking of competitor activities, obtaining insights and recommendations to enhance trade marketing strategies.

- Benchmarking competitor deployment of technology and tools to promote brand/category and work with Sales Development towards internal deployment.

New Category, Product Development:

- Monitor the competitive landscape and market realities for assessing viability and trade strategies for new categories

- Devise category and channel plans for effective and timely launch of new categories, partnering with category as well as branch teams .
