Need candidates who have worked as Brand Mangers for the baby food category with deep understanding of IMS act, WHO act, formulations, marketing communications, GTM plans, distributor and retail standard operating procedures in baby nutrition.
1. Category Objectives :
- Achieve the objectives for baby food
- Optimizing visibility investment
- Measuring inputs/activities-wise
2. Category Core Strategy :
- Design and develop strategies for baby food
- Plan special activity, campaigns for Doctors, Nurses & Chemists
- Analyzing current market trends and competition benchmarking
- Market Research & Surveys to understand market trends, consumer needs
- Understanding Consumer insights - lifestyle trends and market insights
3. Planning & Execution :
- Prepare Annual budget and marketing plan for baby food
- Working in partnership with the creative team & agencies to develop inputs/ collaterals and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Content development and creative planning
- Regular follow up and coordination with sales team to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies
4. New Products Development & Category Expansion :
- New product development
- Market Analysis and Research, clinical data needs, and financial analysis
- Product/Category development
- Pricing benchmarking with competition & set right pricing
- Overseeing Go-To-Market and Launch plan
5. Talent Development :
- Establishing team values and goals
- Set KRAs, KPIs, Task and Evaluate team performance
- Encourage trust and cooperation among the team
