Job Role and Responsibilities

- Achieving Annual Operating Plan: Ensure the achievement of the Annual Operating Plan targets, including primary and secondary objectives.

- Market Strategy Development: Formulate a comprehensive market strategy to increase revenue generation. Identify gaps and opportunities within the market and execute plans through the team.

- Sales Team Management: Recruit, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize their performance and meet sales goals.

- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain constructive relationships with peers to enhance overall business performance.

- Channel Partner Management: Manage channel partners effectively, collaborating with them to ensure a healthy return on investment (ROI).

- Expansion Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute channel expansion and new town expansion strategies.

- Merchandising Standards: Monitor and maintain merchandising standards, planograms, and product visibility in the market, ensuring compliance with company norms.

- Sales Forecasting: Develop forecasts for monthly and quarterly sales of all major brands and SKUs to plan and execute strategies for optimal results.
