- Achieving Annual Operating Plan: Ensure the achievement of the Annual Operating Plan targets, including primary and secondary objectives.

- Merchandising Standards: Monitor and maintain merchandising standards, planograms, and product visibility in the market, ensuring compliance with company norms.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop forecasts for monthly and quarterly sales of all major brands and SKUs to plan and execute strategies for optimal results.
