We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Develop the brand strategy for the client (s). Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and GTM strategy for paid marketing, SEO, social media, lead generation, website inbound strategies.
- Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, website, SEO, SEM, and content marketing, to maximize brand exposure.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
- Develop engaging content and campaigns to foster audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engines.
- Create and optimize content for the website, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.
- Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving website conversion rates.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive website traffic.
- Optimize email campaigns for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry benchmarks and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent branding across the website, social channels, and external digital platforms.
Skills needed:
- Worked extensively in the international market with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably 7 years in B2B IT industry.
- Experienced in working across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong awareness of social media strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, multiple tasks, and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Master's degree in marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
