Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end business development activities, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and generating revenue.
- Job Location: Noida (Onsite)
- Work Timings: U.S. Time Zone; 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM (Monday- Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- The role will involve conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, and market trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's services and their alignment with customer needs.
- Run outbound campaigns (voice and email) for THP's designated client. These campaigns are for international markets, with the current focus being the United States & Canada.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research, and develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers and conduct effective presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of client's services.
- Create compelling and customized proposals that address the specific needs and challenges of potential customers.
- Collaborate with the US sales team to ensure proposals align with the company's capabilities and strategic objectives.
- Close deals efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation phase.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives and effective account management.
- Continuously identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
Qualifications:
- Worked extensively in the North American market with a minimum 7 years of experience, preferably 5 years in B2B IT industry.
- Ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demand.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use necessary technology quickly and adeptly.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Responsible self-starter and innovative-quick thinker. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Possess expert knowledge & insights into current market trends -macro & micro and catalyst business functions but not limited to - brand building, corporate marketing, digital marketing, automation, resource management, analytics, databases, digital transformation, demand generation, C-Suite stakeholder management, new business market mapping, growth mindset, GTM strategy.
