A Senior Manager Owns and improves the recruiting process and tools to drive higher quality of candidates, conversion rates, TATs and a superior candidate experience. Senior Manager handles end to end recruitment & get onboard the potential talent to ensure that business is armed with an able workforce to deliver the top line numbers. The position will be responsible for quick turnaround of vacant positions & ensuring acquisition of quality talent within recruitment budget. Partnering with Business to capture the needs of various stakeholders in order to deliver on time and as per the requirements.

Responsibilities


- Understand the values and vision of the organization

- Protect the Intellectual Property

- Adhere to all the policies and procedures

- Partner business and build robust job descriptions to correctly reflect requirements

- Explore the market best practices in the recruitment process and implement them appropriately in the organization

- Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards

- Ensure proper onboarding for the new employees for helping them settle in the organization

- Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels like Job Portals, Referral Programs, Campus Hiring and LinkedIn etc.

- Screening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce

- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills

- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews

- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers

- Prepare documentation ensuring legislation requirements are met

- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires

- Maintaining the recruitment MIS report

- Coordinate the interviews with the respective interviewer and obtain feedback

- Identify gaps and possible improvement areas in the recruitment process and suggest changes

- Work in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure a smooth On-Boarding process

- Responsible for Manpower Vendor Management and Post Offer Management

- Recommend and evaluate recruitment strategies

- Train and guide the Associates and Senior Associates

- Update the recruitment data in the weekly report

- Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and increase overall effectiveness

- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization

- Building a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies

- Measuring- employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement

- Monitor, coach and develop the team by sharing knowledge and providing training as necessary

- Fulfill a variety of operational tasks using appropriate proprietary application

- Work closely with management in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation

- Demonstrate strong experience in change initiatives, with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects

Essential Skills

Job

- Should have experience in managing multiple positions simultaneously, handling complex relationships, reporting to management and/or steering committees

- Experience in bulk recruitment and campus hiring (IT/non IT and SAP)

- Proficiency in stakeholder management (internal and external)

- Experience in managing at least 2 or more direct team members

- Able to work in a fast paced environment that is focused on business priorities and business enabling scenarios and to change track as per needs

- Must have ability to plan and implement solutions independently

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills

- Proficiency in customer relationship management is essential

Personal

- Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure

- The candidate must have strong work ethics and- trustworthiness

- The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity

- Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence
