The Gate Academy - Product Manager

As a member of the Product team, you will be responsible for defining a customer-centric product strategy and execution roadmap that delivers amazing experiences while solving key user and business problems with tangible impact. Your focus area would be to drive the discovery and distribution of UpGrad Jeet offerings and conversion of visitors into UpGrad Jeet users.

Day-to-day responsibilities would include:

- Managing and leading the complete product life cycle, from concept to execution of the product(s) across products/product lines that drives better customer experience, differentiation, and profitability

- Leveraging data and customer feedback/insight to understand problems, identify trends and areas for product improvement; and accordingly strategize, define and prioritize product initiatives for quick wins as well as mid-to-long-term success

- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements, demos, POCs (prototypes) and metrics

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, operations and business stakeholders
