Experience:
- 12+ yrs. of marketing experience, with a min of 4 yrs in a leadership role
- At least 8+ years of working experience in marketing & strategy with exposure to all aspects of ATL, BTL & digital marketing, and coordinating high-impact brand campaigns.
- Must have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMO, Affiliate Marketing, and handling agencies
- Experience working for ed-tech (Online Education) products is highly desirable
- A mix of start-up and scaled-up business experiences will be preferred.
- Weightage will be given to entrepreneurial experience.
- Strong management skills to perform planning, budgeting, directing, reporting, and administrative responsibilities. Proficient team handling and inter-personal skills
- Should bring strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude with an ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Long term vision alignment
- Demonstrated innovation skills
Education:
MBA from Tier 1 college with a focus on marketing / digital marketing or equivalent.
