Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Operational Leadership:

- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's vision and objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

2. Process and Efficiency Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

- Implement methodologies like Lean and Agile to streamline workflows.

3. Project and Program Management:

- Oversee IT project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budgets.

- Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and manage risks.

4. Technology Integration and Innovation:

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Facilitate the integration of new technologies to enhance operational capabilities.

5. Team Leadership and Talent Development:

- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

6. Client and Stakeholder Management:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Act as a key point of contact for major clients.

7. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Ensure operations adhere to industry standards and company policies. Implement quality control measures.

8. Financial Management and Budgeting:

- Oversee operational budgeting and financial planning. Monitor financial performance and manage costs.

9. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Leverage data analytics for operational decisions and trend analysis. Ensure accurate reporting of operational metrics.

10.Crisis Management and Contingency Planning:

- Develop and implement contingency plans for operational crises. Lead response efforts during critical incidents.


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the IT sector.

- Strong understanding of IT service delivery and project management principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Optional Skills:

- Experience in content creation and digital communication strategies is a plus.
