Work Timings : 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Required Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, MTech , Master of Computer Applications-MCA

Skill and Responsibility Details :-

- Project/Program/Delivery Management - End-to-end delivery of development projects from inception to closing

- Review of technical design, documentation, and architecture

- Perform project planning, delivery, change management, risk management, release management, and deployment to ensure technical standards and business needs are met, stakeholder management

- Participate in software development lifecycle with requirements, solution design, development, testing, and support using agile methodologies

- Creating WBS, resource management, project metric capture and analysis.

- Prioritizing daily tasks and monitoring resources

- Manage escalations

- Mentoring & leadership to the team members.

- Recruitment, identifying training needs and planning for its performance appraisal

- Manage multiple cross functional teams (UX, BA, Dev, QA)

- driving timely deliverable of project milestones

- Involvement in RFI, RFP, RFQ, evaluation of technical approach, efforts estimation, creation of Proposals, SOW, SLAs

- Invoicing triggers and providing data

- Budget/ revenue projection

- Involvement in ISO, CMMi Audit
