The Design Village - Chief Executive Officer

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER :

The Design Village (TDV), a design school based out the National Capital Region. TDV was born out of a responsibility towards design, towards society, towards India and the world at large. The mission is to be a global hub for design education, and to promote and support development through design.

PROFILE :

Qualifications :

Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from an institute of repute.

Qualification in Finance will be preferable.

Experience :

- 10 - 15 years in managing the overall operations with senior management position experience of last 4 years.

- At least 8 years of experience should be preferably with an educational institute or equivalent.

- In-depth knowledge and experience in managing and providing direction to admissions, marketing, finance, hr, and administrative functions.

- International Exposure is desired.

Responsibility :

- Draw annual Business plan for institute, formulate the implementation plan to achieve set targets

- Overseeing the complete operations (finance, admissions, marketing, academia and administration) of the institute

- Leading, driving, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other team leads

- Be the face of the institute and contributing to development of the institute's brand image.
