We are looking for a Knowledge Analyst (KA) to join our growing HCPA team in India, based out of the New Delhi Office. The role will provide research and analytical support to support the product portfolio of the HCPA. Other sector support activities include the writing and maintenance of industry overview materials, credentials decks and the codification and packaging of BCG's knowledge assets POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Integral team member of the Health Care Centre of Excellence (HC COE) Team - Build &amp; update new topic/sector-related knowledge products (e.g., benchmarking, primary market sizing, usage of practice proprietary tools) - Advanced MS PowerPoint and Advanced MS Excel skill required Assist product project teams with domain expertise (biopharma/MedTech /payer and provider) - Basic understanding of platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau - Collaborate on HCPA intellectual capital development such as Tier 1s Work with product and case and proposal teams - Assist case teams in navigating the Knowledge network by connecting them with materials and people - Provide synthesis and packaging of results (e.g., Excel data analysis, client-ready PowerPoint slides) Work with topic/sector teams - Support development of the health care practice area - Collect, synthesize and analyze case team learnings &amp; inputs into BCG knowledge repository (in form of vignettes, credentials, etc.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: - 4-6 years of research/consulting experience in Health Care Industry - Masters or Bachelor's degree in the related field with demonstrated high academic achievement - Experience in working across databases such as Decision Resources,, IQVIA and Evaluate Pharma - Experience in working on analytical platforms such as alteryx and tableau - Effective written &amp; verbal communication skills - Strong work ethic &amp; service-mentality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks - Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively across all levels - Autonomous, tolerance to ambiguity, self-motivator BCG is an Equal Opportunity Employer
