Manager - Secretarial for The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Limited  Job Summary & Duties :  - Plan, coordinate with other departments regarding routine information required for Board / Audit Committee meetings / Annual General Meetings and other Meetings.  - Take charge of routine MCA and Stock periodic compliance.  - Independent charge of applications and related documentation to MCA.  - Coordination and correspondence with Stock Exchanges on routine matters.  - Maintaining statutory registers of BBTCL and all other 19 companies in the group.  - NBFC compliances of 4 NBFC companies in the group.  - Overseeing Financial statements of 14 group companies and coordinating with their auditors.  - Coordinating with Printers and Dispatch agencies for Annual Report, dividend warrants, ECS letters for BBTCL and Macrofil.  - Dividend management of BBTCL and Macrofil and coordinating with dividend bankers.  - Prepare Board and AGM Minutes of all group companies.  - Ensure timely completion of routine documents of secretarial department.  Specific skills required :  - Must have reasonably good drafting skills and should be able to handle routine correspondence independently.  - Should have good co-ordination and communication skills.  - Reasonable good knowledge about Company laws and other Security laws and Listing Regulatory  - Should be good in Computer skills such as MS office  Salary range: 6- 9 LPA
