Job Description - Manager - Brand Solutions
- The Better India is Asia's largest solution-based media platform, reaching millions of people every month with stories about unsung heroes, innovators, changemakers and everything making a positive impact in the country. We are a multi-platform, digital media house, bringing a paradigm shift in the way the world consumes content.
- We are currently looking for a Brand Solutions Manager who will be responsible to deliver creative solutions for our branded content practice & manage the endpoint delivery of the same.
- What will be the core responsibilities of a Brand Solutions Manager & the role requirements :
- You will be the creative mind of our team, delivering creative content solutions to help brands maximum outreach against their investment on our platform.
- Should have a good understanding about digital publishing, branded video content, new media formats, industry campaigns, etc.
- Should have the ability to understand client positioning and marry non-fiction content solutions with the same.
- Should have the patience & ability to conduct extensive subject matter research & plan effective solutions that ensure use of unique formats, brand integration ideas, while setting new benchmarks of the content standard
- Relationship management skills - Ability to plan, schedule & effectively deliver as per commitments to each client. Ability to scale brand/agency partnerships year on year.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Effectively meet client commitments by working with teams across organization-editorial, social media, legal & finance. Manage client expectation while adhering to the highest editorial practices.
- People person - Patiently understand different perspectives and build strong relationships across the board.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - You have clarity in what you communicate, whether over email or phone or in-person.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated - Ability to work in high-pressure environments and maturity to understand the business needs at all points.

- Ideally having 4+ years of work experience in the digital strategy, account management or brand solutions
