Job Description - Digital Marketing Ninja, The Better India
We are searching for a digital marketing specialist with a strong background in social media and managing channels. In this role, you will work within the marketing team to come up with out-of-the-box social media strategies to build our brand across digital avenues.
As a Digital Marketing Ninja, the following will be your primary areas of work:
- Manage regular organic digital outreach and marketing campaigns across multiple social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube etc.)
- Devise creative ideas and content to amplify and cross-promote on social media
- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimisation and performance analysis across Brand Marketing, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Social Media, SEO, etc.
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking metrics, analysing data, identifying emergent trends, researching competitive activity & presenting insights
- Work and coordinate with cross functional teams across domains to lead and close all digital marketing initiatives, primarily social media
- Competitive analysis to explore interesting trends, marketing strategies, tactics, and channels to drive acquisition with an implement, test, and measure mind-set
- Unlock new growth channels and growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change- Be able to track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches

Skills & Requirements
- Overall Digital Marketing experience of 4+ years with a BBA/MBA/PGDM in Marketing, an added advantage
- 3+ years experience in growth/performance marketing & optimisation for online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with strong data interpretation skills for channel specific metrics and KPIs (CPA, CPL, CAC, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change
