The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy - Business Analyst - Financial Analysis & Planning

Role Description :

This is a high visibility role with large individual responsibility in the company. The role will span responsibility areas across both financial planning & analysis and strategy. It will specifically cover:

A. FP&A: Work closely with the CEO and finance teams on financial analysis, creation of dashboards & metrics, preparation of business model, budget and operating plans

B. Participation in business reviews, supporting other heads of departments in tracking performance, financial analysis and in implementation of operational initiatives

C. Strategy: Support senior management in exploring new business endeavours and other strategic initiatives. This will include market analysis, studying competitive situation, primary and secondary research, etc.

Desired skill sets :

- A bachelor's degree in business/related field with PG preferably MBA from reputed Institutes

- 2-4 years experience in business analysis, financial analysis, management accounting, MIS and financial statements, etc.

- Experience in strategy / program implementation would be an added advantage

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

- Ability to prepare financial models, presentations, present analysis, budgets, dashboards, etc.

- High levels of integrity, self motivation, and drive to work effectively with various departments of the organization

- Effective communication in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam will be an added advantage
