The Apurva Natvar Parikh Group - Business Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Efficiently work in a collaborative team environment

- Contribute actively to the business unit projects ideation, scoping and development phases. work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

- Participate and lead the gathering of business requirements. Understand, analyze, challenge, and prioritize them.

- Prepare accurate and detailed Requirements documents, User interface guides, and functional Specification documents. Share them accordingly with IT and business and ensure they are followed-up.

- Translate the Business Requirements into System Specifications, documenting data requirements, report format and contents, system functional capabilities, etc.

- Document and manage any Change Requests related to the working Project

- Coordinate with the Business and IT teams who are involved in the Testing process and are responsible for validating test results and or follow up on any outstanding testing issues

- Escalate any Project related issues or potential impediments to a Project's schedule or deliverable

- Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration

- Improve core business processes, tools and workflows to ensure continuous improvement. Contribute actively to a more efficient way of working internally and/or better customer experience.

- Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Knowledge and experience in business processes and in using model-based business representations

- A proven successful experience as Business Analyst with at least 4-7 years.

- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail;

- Working knowledge of programming or database query

- Unified Modelling Language (UML); Web-based technologies

- Functional expertise in the area of Finance and Accounts, HR, Education or Operations.

- Hands on experience in areas of issue research, analysis, documentation, testing and data validation.

- B. Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, B.Sc. - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization

- MTech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers, M.Sc. - Any Specialization

- MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Information Technology, Systems

- Must Have CBAP, CCBA, or TOGAF Certification or any ISACA certification (CISA, CISM, CRISC)
