Job Description:

We are looking for a National Sales Manager (reporting to the CEO) for India's leading company specializing in International FMCG OTC personal products. The range of products include leading International brands exclusively imported in to India for distribution across the country.

The products are well accepted in the Indian E-commerce industry and the opportunity lies in growing the business exponentially in the offline space. The candidate would be responsible to handle the entire gamut of Sales, Marketing and Operations, Pan India, and build a strong Sales team during this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Key Result Areas:

- To develop and drive a channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office and sales people at retail sites

- To achieve sales targets in terms of value and volumes

- To achieve targets relating to the number of new retail points where the products are sold

- To ensure smooth registration, training, product updates and evaluation of channel partners

- To liaison and work closely with the key accounts for various promotional offers in an systematic and organized manner

Experience:

1. Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in Channel sales management with a strong existing network of distributors preferably from the Cosmetics, FMCG or Pharma OTC Industry

2. Dynamic individual with an amazing track record of radically growing a business in a short time span

Desired Skills:

1. We are looking for Sales and Marketing Leadership with the focus on exploring and building, traditional and innovative, distribution channels

2. Planning, implementing and monitoring all sales activities as an entrepreneurial leader in consultation with the CEO

3. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics including excellent oral, written, verbal communication & presentation skills required

4. Proactive attitude to learning, skill development, team building, training and problem solving

5. Motivated, enthusiastic and excited about the opportunity to lead a FMCG category revolution in India

Ideal age Profile: 30 to 40 years

Office Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: At par with Industry leaders with additional financial and non-financial incentives
