Roles and Responsibilities

Identification and on boarding of retired Government officers to an online platform that provides self-employment and monetary gains in exchange for sharing domain knowledge via an online consultancy platform targeted at Indian consumers.

The Mumbai based role targets the Greater Mumbai Metropolitan regions including the cities of Navi Mumbai and Thane and involves the following:

1. Identification and database creation of various Government and Quasi Government consumer facing organizations.

2. Marketing and pitching to recently retired Government officers (both Class A and Class B) to join the platform for self-employment and income.

3. Supporting and onboarding Government Officers to create digital profiles of their work experience and expertise.

4. Platform training and relationship management with retired Government officers.

Candidate skill sets

1. A go getter who can understand the deliverables and then do whatever it takes to accomplish them

2. Strong Government officer network in the Greater Mumbai region

3. Marketing, Sales and Business Development skill sets to reach out to and convince Government officers to join the platform

4. Strong work ethics

5. Strong English and Hindi language skills. Marathi language would be an added advantage

6. Good Computer skill sets

Office Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: At par with Industry with additional financial and non-financial incentives
