- Customer relationship and Account Mining Deal Making Developing long-term customers & contracts Devising and implementing strategies to attract the new customer
- Devising and implementing strategies to grow existing customers and International sales experience is mandatory.
- Must have experience of winning new customers.
- Proven success in winning long-term deals.
- Proven record of achieving Revenue and profitability targets (new business development) is essential.
- Good network in USA or Europe and customer expectations with respect to Engineering services market in USA /Europe.
- Required to have appreciation & understanding of business model followed by Indian Engineering companies, and win themes / value propositions.
