We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth opportunities, expanding our market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and executing business deals that align with the company's objectives and values.

Roles and responsibilities:. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve organisational growth targets.. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's reach and revenue streams

- Lead the negotiation, structuring, and execution of strategic partnerships, collaborations, and contracts

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business initiatives and maintain long-term partnerships.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies.. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts

- Develop and manage the business development budget, forecast revenue targets, and provide regular reports on performance metrics.. Mentor, coach, and develop the business development team to enhance their skills and maximise their potential.. Qualifications:. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.. Proven track record of at least 10 12 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on achieving revenue growth and forging successful partnerships.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and expansion.. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends to make informed business decisions.. Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals

- Excellent networking abilities and a strong existing network within the industry is highly advantageous

- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Additional Details:. Mode of work: On -Site. Days of work: 5 days (Monday to Friday). Timings : 9:30am 6:30pm (IST). Location: Bangalore
